We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
